Maureen writes: As it was proving difficult to find a suitable venue for our December lunch, it has been decided that we should revert to an old favourite and walk from Gargunnock to the inn at Kippen. The walk, on easy terrain, is four/five miles long and takes an easy going two hours. It may be muddy in places so boots or good walking shoes are recommended,
The menus for the Inn at Kippen can be accessed on the website https://www.theinnatkippen.co.uk. They have reserved a room solely for our use. There is a bus returning to Gargunnock at 1.50pm but, as there is not another bus until two hours later, we will try to ensure that there are sufficient cars at Kippen so that all walkers, who do not want to walk back, can have a lift back. I expect that this will be weather dependent too.
Please let me know if you intend to come on this walk and for lunch - maureenmitchell123@btinternet.com
